This is a nice 2 room apartment, situated in one of Moscow’s well known buildings with a tower on the top. The apartment is newly renovated. It has a large bedroom with a nice wooden double bed, wardrobe, and working area with free unlimited and high speed internet connection and free unlimited International calls, which makes it ideal for business people.
The living room is very spacious as well. It has a pull out sofa, a TV with cable channels, a wardrobe and a sitting sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with a little fridge, an electric stove, a microwave, a cupboard, a table and a sofa. It has plates, cups, mugs, glasses, pans, so you will be able to cook at home. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment contains everything to make staying in Moscow comfortable for both vacationers and business people.

The apartment in located in the well- known area of Moscow, visited by many tourists for its boulevards, restaurants and shops. The Thai Embassy is located nearby. The building is right between two subway stations- Tsvetnoi Boulevd (on the grey line) and Sukharevskaya metro (orange line)- so you can get anywhere easily . As you will notice, the area is full of different restaurants, shops, cafes and other attractions. One of the main attractions of Tzvetnoy Boulevard is, of course, the famous Nikouline Circus (Moscow Circus). By the circus entrance, there is bronze statue of the most famous Russian clown and actor Uriy Nikouline- a great place to take a picture. There is a McDonalds and lots of small coffee shops and restaurants close to Sukharevskaya metro station.
The pub Staryi Mel’nik – just across from McDonalds is one of the well known places.
This area is situated in the center of Moscow to the north of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance from Tzvetnoy Boulevard. On your way to the Kremlin you will see many ancient monuments, theatres, cinemas and other cultural attractions.

| The apartment is located in the city center of Moscow, just next to Sadovaya-Sukharevskaya street, 5 minutes walking distance from Sukharevskaya ( orange line) or Tsvetnoi Boulevard ( grey line) metro stations. The building has a great security system. There is 24 hours security in the building area. There are two more apartments in this building, serviced by City Realty. The Olimpiysky Stadium is located within walking distance from the apartment. There are lots of nice restaurants, coffee places and bars in this area. Pushkinskaya metro station (going in the direction of the Kremlin) is only 1 stop from Tsvetnoi Boulevard metro station and Arbatskaya (going in the direction of Old Arbat area) is only 2 subway stops away. |
