Centrally located in the heart of the city center a stones throw from Sverdlova Street, this cozy one bedroom studio apartment has it all. Located on the fourth floor of a 1950´s Stalin era building, it has high ten foot ceilings, it is spacious and airy. The Dinamo underground station and the City Lake are two minutes away by foot. The Dam (Plotinka) and the Historical Square are ten minutes away by foot. There is a grocery-deli shop nearby. The bedroom is large(45 square meters), and has two large, double-glazed windows facing a quiet backstreet. A double bed, Russian wool carpet on the floor, large armchair, colour TV, VCR, CD player, and a direct dial telephone will make you feel at home. A modern dine-in kitchen with a gas oven, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster and a variety of plates, mugs, cookery, and cutlery. Bathroom and toilet have recently been renovated. The apartment has a modern, Italian made washing machine installed.
