This two room apartment is perfect for rest, relaxation, and convenience. The rooms are semi-detached. In the lounge, there is a well functioning air conditioning system which makes the apartment very relaxing during Moscow’s hot summers. The room also has a pull-out sofa/bed covered with comfortable cushions. The bedroom contains a large mirror and many drawers. You can also have a great rest in the queen-size bed. As for the kitchen, it is well-furnished and includes a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and plate, pots and pans – everything necessary to cook your own meals. The bathroom includes a washing machine and a boiler system for 24 hour hot water (something that not all apartments in Moscow have!). As with all other City Realty managed serviced apartments, the apartment comes with satellite TV, free high speed internet, unlimited International landline calls and other amenities that will make your stay as comfortable and as pleasant as possible.

Mayakovskaya area of Central Moscow
The area that your apartment is situated in is full of places for lovers of art and entertainment. You can visit the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, the Satire Theatre, Mossoveta Theatre, and the Museum of the Revolution. You can enjoy the view of Triumfalnaya Ploschad with its statue of the famous poet Vladimir Mayakovsky. The area is only two stops on the metro from the Kremlin. The Kremlin and Red Square can easily be reached by foot as well. The Moscow Zoo is also close by. The location has great dining options including Italian Café Il’Patio, Fast-food Rostiks and the Czech restaurant Pilzner as well as many other places.

| The apartment is located very close to the Mayakovskaya metro station and close to many places of interest: the Kremlin, theaters, museums, and concert halls. For example, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Theatre Satiry, Theatre Mossovet and Museum of the Revolution are all close by. It takes about 15 minutes by foot to reach the Kremlin, heading down Tverskaya Street. The Moscow Zoo is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. As for entertainment and dining, there is the Pizza Café Felichita located right near the entrance of the arch which leads to your apartment. The entire area has a great atmosphere. |
Arriving in Russia
To avoid having problems when you arrive or being overcharged by unknown drivers, we highly suggest using our airport and train station transfer service. Russian airport and station taxis are unregulated and the drivers ask for rates as high as 50 EURO or more to take newly arrived guests to the city center. Our drivers are polite and drive safely and we offer very good, competitive rates. Our driver will meet you at your arrival point with a signboard and take you directly to your hotel or apartment.
