This apartment is a great value for its price. It sleeps up to six people, is located a few minutes walk from “Pushkinskaya” metro station. It is a very nice and comfortable three room apartment, newly renovated with modern furniture and a fireplace in the kitchen. The apartment also is well equipped, making your stay in St. Petersburg as comfortable as possible.

This area was formerly the haunt of the Russian writer Dostoevsky. His novel Crime and Punishment took place very near the place where you are staying. Walk the twisted, narrow streets of this region to get a feel of the St. Petersburg of the 19th century. You can also enjoy many of the other attractions that this area has to offer such as Nikolsky Cathedral, the Marinsky Theater the embankment of Canal Griboyedovna, or the rivers Moika or Fontanka. St. Isaacs Cathedral is also not far as is Russias main synagogue. This is a truly interesting and unique area of the city.

There will be additional $10 charge for each additional person after the 4th person.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival a 50 USD processing fee will be charged
If the booking is cancelled less then 14 days prior to arrival 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
In case of no-show 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
A cancellation fee equal to 2 night's accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the guest moves out of the apartment before reserved departure time.
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email.

For bookings of 14 nights and more the following rules will be applied:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The owner was warm and welcoming.I was glad to see the neighborhood was so diverse and felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Public transportation is just in two minutes walking. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. My son and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Better than a hotel - thanks a lot!
