Our very comfortable one room apartment consists of a living room with alcove; a kitchen and a bathroom. The room faces the banks of the Moscow river and has some of the most beautiful views that Moscow has to offer. The living area has 2 sofas (one of them a pull out that can sleep one adult or two children) and a TV with satellite connection. The sleeping area which is attached to the living room has a comfortable queen size bed that sleeps 2. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook your own meals - a kettle, a fridge, an oven, pots and pans and other conveniences. The bathroom contains a washing machine, shower cubicle. The washing machine makes this apartment perfect for longer stays for either business people or tourists coming to Moscow. The apartment is also peaceful and quiet making it good to relax in after a hard day out in the city. Smolenskaya area of Central Moscow
This apartment is located in a very well-known area of Moscow called Smolenskaya. The area is home to Old Arbat which leads to the Kremlin. Old Arbat is a pedestrian street full of small shops, cafes, theaters and home to a well known, high quality souvenir market. The area is also right on the Ring Road - Sadovaya street. Both sides of the street are full of businesses and restaurants including Impex Bank, the Golden Ring Hotel, El Patio pizza, Planet of Sushi, different coffee shops McCafe, Coffee House and more. Smolenskaya also is right by Kutuzovsky Prospect, one of Moscow´s most famous thoroughfares. This area is situated just west of the Kremlin. Red Square is within walking distance. When walking towards the Kremlin, you will pass many ancient monuments, theatres and other culturally interesting spots.

This apartment is located in the well known Moscow riverside area in the part of the city where the old Moscow meets modern Moscow. Here you can find many famous old museums and historical places (A. S. Pushkin memorial flat, Andrey Belyi memorial flat, State Academic E. Vahtangov theatre and more), churches and many new venues including the ITAR-TASS News agency photo gallery, the theatre-company "Object search" and one of the biggest shopping centers of Moscow - "Evropeiskiy". Gorki park and the Central House of Artists are close by as well. It is also possible to take a Moscow River cruise which operates throughout the year, the pier is situated a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is also close to the Embassies of Great Britain, Colombia, Turkey and Zimbabwe.
