I stayed at the Nevsky 84 with my family (my husband, myself and 2 children (3 and 7 years old). The rooms were clean and comfortable.The staff in the office was very friendly too. We used the washing machine and the microwave oven. Everything were very clean and easy to use. The only one inconvenient thing was that to receive and to return the room keys you should go to another place (to the office). Also you cannot leave your big luggage there after the check-out. So we went to Moscow station and leaved it there. But beside these two things everything was really good, so if I have such an opportunity I would like to stay in this apartment again!

This is a really good company to deal with. Quick replies to all queries and they really took the stress out of our trip. Russia is supposed to be a difficult place to visit but everything for us went like clockwork. Their pick up service met us at the airport and had keys for the apartment. The aprtment is really close to everything so we walked most places. Then on the last day we were picked up from the apartment and taken to the airport. I'd recommend getting an apartment; loads cheaper and more social if you have a group.

The apartment I rented had a perfect location for the purpous of my visit, as it is literally in the building next to the American embassy. Though it is located on the very busy street, it is not noisy. Clean. Grocery store on the other side of the street. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

This apartment is a much better value for the money than the photos show or the description provides. It is a very comfortable apartment and significantly better, and significantly less expensive, than any hotel in the area. It is perfectly maintained and the washer really came in handy. The people who live in the building were very nice as well. Even though it is tucked away on a side street, I always felt safe, especially once inside. I could easily walk to the metro station, coffee shops, and even to Red Square (but I like to walk). I plan on using City Realty on my next extended visit.

the apartment is really in excellent location , you can go by walks in all the main attractions ( we arrived in the Red square with 20 min by foot)
Around with 5 min walks you could arrive to Arbat where there are plenty of shops and restaurants , like also the metro is really near ! The Apartment is really nice , clean , Big Kitchen with two big bedrooms.
Sure a nice plate to stay. Also the Trasfer service for the Airport to the apartment and Back to the airport was really good !

My family and me stayed in the Old Arbat Panorama for three nights and it corresponded exactly to what we had expected from the pictures. The location and view from the balcony were stunning, the kitchen, bathroom, and other rooms were very comfortable. And above all, the service provided by City Realty was excellent - they always answered our requests promtly and provided us with accurate information. The only thing we noticed was a certain smell in the apartment that we could never make it where it came from. Other than that, it was the most pleasant stay we could have hoped for. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good-deal apartment!

This is the third time I have rented an apartment from City in St Pete, and I have never been disappointed. This is a lovely, spacious place with 3 bathrooms. The only minor complaints are: there were only 3 coffee cups and the water pressure is not very good. Hardly enough to upset us. Will definitely consider another visit.

Plenty of restaurants and even an off licence at the end of the road. The only niggle was that we arrived on a Sunday evening so had little choice but to use City Realty for an airport transfer to enable us to pick up the apartment keys. Saying that the driver was very efficient and helpful... City Realty especially Yulia were excellent throughout.

After considerable searching via internet for affordable lodging in Moscow we were fortunate to find CityRealtyRussia.com. Most the hotels were more than we wanted to pay or if in our budget not very appealing. The apartment option worked out great because there were three adults plus our three college age children who had reservations at a hostel nearby. It is an older property but that is also the charm of staying there.

My friend and I stayed in this convenient and comfortable apartment in October. The apartment provided internet access which I found very useful. Shower works great, beds are comfortable, all necessary kitchen appliances are there and in good condition. For the ones that like to take a break from touring the city - this city has just way too much to offer - there is a tv and a stereo. The metro stop "Mayakovskaya" is a 3 minute walk away. Last but not least the apartment was rented at a fair rate.

Customer service was excellent - the people I wrote to and spoke with had good english and were very polite - however I rated it a 3 because the driver whom we had paid through this company to pick us up at the airport was hopelessly late.

The apartment´s nice if a tiny bit dated. Strange cat man is next door but he seems harmless. The apartment is well equipped with bath/shower, dishes, stove, microwave, kettle, tea/coffee, etc.

The accommodation was basic but sufficient. The central location was what was most appealing. In terms of satisfaction, it depends on what you want. The hotels in this area are up to 4 or 5 times the daily rate of this place but will be first class. Here the quality of furnishings was not gorgeous but with the saving and the location, these things can be easily overlooked.

The accommodations are exactly as described and depicted in the photographs...and actually even better once you actually see them in person. We found the home very clean and well kept. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the necessary items to fix meals, including basics such as pots/pans, knives, also tea and coffee.
We have already recommended this property to our friends and family. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to St-Petersburg.

The apartment is exactly as listed in the description. It´s beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet and has all the amentities of home and perfect for relaxing after a day of touring the city. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the tourist sites, grocery stores, restaurants. A beautiful, secure, atmospheric and comfortable apartment! This is a great base from which to explore a fascinating city. Our stay commenced in late Autumn, when you might expect the weather to be cold, but the apartment was always cosy and welcoming. There are several reasons why we considered this apartment a good choice, some practical, some aesthetic. In practical terms, we liked the reliable internet connection, comfy beds in both rooms, easy-to-use washing machine, convenient location at Nevsky Prospect, the Hermitage etc., and clean, efficient cooking facilities/utensils. This was important to us as we are vegetarian and like to cook our own food. We hope to stay at this apartment again and definitely recommend it.

This apartemnt is just perfect : beautiful renovation , very comfortable, neat and safe.
Perfect location at only 2 minutes walking from the Ermitage , and most of all the museums,palaces, churches , Mariinsky , concerts halls etc.. are within walking distances .
A week is not enough to discover Sr Petersburg , we ´ll certainly come back again in this wonderful place!

Cant find enough words to express how grateful we are for all your help. Everything exceeded all our expectation: the driver, who met us at the airport, very nice and cooperative landlady, registration procedure and definitely apartment itself were much more then we expected. Location was very convenient right in the center of historical part what gave us possibility to walk to all major attractions (including Hermitage and Russian museum) and watch the raising of the drawbridges. We spent wonderful time in St. Petersburg and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Russia is no easy place to tour for individual travellers; paperwork and lodging are well nigh impossible to arrange from abroad without expert help. Even simple things like the transfer from the airport can be difficult for those who don´t speak russian. It was a great relief to have a reliable contact in St. Petersburg to take care of all this. The apartment you provided was big, well situated and recently furnished with all mod cons.

My experience with City Realty was very positive, the apartment was nice and the service reliable flexible and trouble free. Renting a flat is a great way to experience Russian life, it also gives the freedom to come and go as you wish with friends or relations and either eat in the flat or outside since there are many restaurants to fit any budget or style. The people which I met were friendly and courteous and I have the feeling that St Petersburg is a very safe city.
The airport pick-up is reliable and not more expensive than a normal airport taxi, its good to have someone waiting to meet you and they were happy to show me banks, supermarkets and cafes in the area of the flat, I would recommend this service.

I had the most wonderful time at Admiralteysky prospcet during the four weeks I spent there in November 2010. The absolutely best thing about the apartment is its fabulous location, since it is within walking distance of all the city´s major attractions - especially, from my point of view, the Philharmonia, but also the Hermitage, Russian Museum, St Isaac´s Cathedral, etc etc. Shopping for food was brilliantly easy as there are food shops very near indeed, and anyway restaurants are everywhere in downtown St Petersburg.
The apartment is ultra-secure - it has steel doors from the street into the courtyard, from the courtyard into the building, and into the apartment itself - and contained everything I needed.
The internet connection which gave me no trouble at all after the first day. The company responsible for the apartment was genuinely helpful and quick whenever I had questions. An additional small table in the main room would have made using my laptop marginally easier, but other than that I can´t think of anything to complain about!

An excellent apartment on Nevsky Ave in the very heart of the city. 5 min walk to the embankment of Fontanka, where a lot of water taxis start. The apartment is well appointed. Hot water is there but quirky to start. Everything was just great, including the service from the main office. Nothing even to comment on, let alone to complain. The staff were absolutely tremendous. The driver guided us directly to the apartment. Even though the flight was later in the day on day of departure, they allowed a late checkout - 2pm- and the driver took us back to the airport. They could not have been better - Thank you very much. The location of the apartment is right in the middle of where you want to be. Easy walking distance to every part of the city, if you like to walk. Clean and accomodating, it has everything you want and would definitely stay here again.
