Payment options

After submitting your electronic reservation form, you will be provided with the option to make payment via our website as well as given the payment options listed below.

Payment for visa support and/or prepayment for your accommodation is to be made by credit card, Western Union or cash at the time of booking.

Credit Cards and Payment by Credit Cards over the Telephone

Our site is 100% secure. We use SSL Secure Server Encryption to make sure that your credit card data is safe when making payment.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Union Card, Diners Club and American Express by telephone, fax or through our website. Please note that a 5% sales tax is applied to all American Express or Diners Club Card payments.

To pay by credit card over the telephone, please call +7 812 570 4709. Between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM St. Petersburg time (GMT+3hours)

When you call, please supply us with the following details:
• Credit card type
• Issuing bank
• Card number
• Card holder’s name as it appears on the card
• Card expiry date
• Card billing address
• Card holder´s passport number
• ID code (for Visa and Mastercard, the last 3 digits of the code on the signature field on back of card, for American Express the 4 digit code on front of the card above the end of the card number)

Your credit card information is strictly confidential. All of your personal information is stored in our off-line database and is only accessed for the purposes of future online reservations.

Payment Methods When in Russia

To pay the balance of your order amount, we prefer credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard). Please note that a 5% sales tax is applied to all American Express or Diners Club Card payments. If you must pay in cash, our office only accepts Russian roubles.

There are many ATM machines near our office so receiving cash while in Russia should not be a problem

We do not accept Traveler´s checks.
