City Realty Russia in cooperation with our sister company Express to Russia can expedite the receipt of your Russian visa. With full visa service, you fill in the applications and documents that are provided below and then send them to our US office along with your original passport and passport photos and the Russian Consulate will send your passport back to you a few days later with the Russian visa already stamped inside. Our price includes the invitation fee, delivery to the Russian Consulate by courier, the Russian Consular fee and our service fee. The fee does not include return postage from the Russian Consulate back to you. We ask that you choose the postage from the table below.

*The Russian Consulate is closed on both US and Russian holidays. Your processing time may be slightly delayed if you have ordered a visa on one of these holiday dates. Processing is calculated in business days.
*Tourist visas cannot be processed earlier then 90 days before your entry date to Russia.
*Business visas cannot be processed earlier then 45 days before your entry date to Russia.

How to apply for full visa service

To order any of the above visas by post, please follow the instructions below carefully.

1) Please download, print out and fill in the order form completely

2) Please download 2 copies of the Russian Consulate Visa Application form, print them out, fill them in and sign both copies.

3) Please be prepared to mail us your original passport with expiration date at least 6 months beyond the end of the visa expiration date. You must have 2 free pages (no stamps or marks on these 2 pages) in the passport to which the visa will be inserted

4) Please provide two color passport photos

5) Please provide a bank check or money order payable to Express to Russia (a subsidiary of City Realty) or print out and fill in the attached credit card authorization form.

6) If you are ordering a 12 month business visa, please provide the results of a recent HIV (AIDS) test. These results are not necessary for people applying for visas with a duration of 3 or less months.

7) Please mail the above paperwork by overnight post to the following address:

Registration of your Russian Visa

Russian law requires that foreign travelers to Russia register their visas within 3 days of their arrival to Russia. Travelers who do not register their visas may be required to pay fines when they attempt to exit Russia or may have trouble with the Russian police on the streets.

• Most hotels will register guests at check in (this is not always the case with small hotels or bed and breakfasts)
• If you are staying in a rental apartment or other establishment, our organization can help register your Russian visa in St. Petersburg for a fee of 35 Euros (1 month registration) and for a fee of $50 (1 month registration) in Moscow, payable at the time of registration. Please let us know if this is necessary on your arrival.
