Classes of serviced apartments in Moscow and Saint Petersburg
With City Realty, there are no surprises. Our real estate consultants rate every one of our Russian apartments using a scale from 1 to 5 stars to make selection easier.
Three star apartments are equivalent to a stay in a 3 star hotel. They are clean, renovated in a Western fashion and contain a modern kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, color television and other equipment.
Four star apartments are equivalent to a stay in a 4 star hotel. They are a step up from our 3 star apartments with more luxurious renovation and frequently have extras such as extraordinary views, etc.
Five star apartments are luxurious with excellent renovation in various styles ranging from classical to modern. They frequently have excellent views of the city and contain more extras.
